I think you did I really nice job on your voice thread. I like that you interviewed key players in yours schools' program to decreased students' missing work. I stopped giving my students things to complete at home because it never came back and would sit in the student's book bags for weeks. Since my students can not really communicate with their parents, it is hard for them to tell their parents that they need to complete things at home. Since I only get a certain number of reams of papers a year, I stopped sending it home so I would save paper.
Welcome to my first podcast. This podcast describes the results of a technology survey given to students going into 8th grade in the fall. The podcast includes an introduction, a description of the results, and explanations of that data by students themselves. I have to admit that I am truly excited about the possibilities that podcasting offers in the classroom. Enjoy!!
I am excited about using eblogger. I have used this once before for educational communication purposes at the school I work at!! However, it did not take off, so I am hoping that it does this time!!
I am a 7th grade life science teacher in Stafford CT. I also coach JV cheerleading and love outdoor activities like water sports and white water rafting!!
I attended Wethersfield High School, Quinnipiac University, and graduated from Central Connecticut State University. I am currently getting my masters in integrating technology in the classroom from Walden University!!
